AFTER THE FRIDAY LIFTING, WE WILL BE GRILLING OUT FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO JOIN US!

8am-11am (lifting)

9am-10am (partner workout)

Sunday

9am-10:30am

Thursday-Friday

No Morning Classes with Meghan, you are welcome to come and lift/workout, just have a buddy!!!

4:15-7:30 Preston and Aiden are covering

No Grilling out after the Friday Workout

9-11am Open gym, Preston and Aiden are covering
