Weekly Update 9/19/21
Good evening everyone!
I hope your weekend is going well.
A few big announcements,
1: Monday is a off day for Hall County Schools, so I will only be having the morning classes
5:30am, 8:30am, & 10:30am
If you want to come in during the evening let me know :)
I will be there from 5:30am until 11:30am so if you can't make it to a class come in for open gym!
2: Sunday the 26th we will be starting the nutrition challenge, if you want in let me know, the flyer is attached
We will be having a facebook live call on Sunday at 6:30pm in the closed group (which will just be the people who sign up) I think it records it for those of you who can't be online, if you don't have facebook you are more than welcome to join me at my home.
3: The challenge for this month has only about a week and half left, if you haven't done it yet and want to let me know! Max yoke walk in 2 mins
4: Starting this Friday the evening classes will only be 4pm & 5pm
