Monday thru Friday 4pm Strength and Conditioning 

Monday and Wednesday Wrestling Technique 7pm

Saturday 9am Strength and Conditioning 

10am Open Mat Time

(Days and times will be changing to adapt to seasonal schedules)



State-of-the-Art facility includes high quality equipment, battle ropes, peg board, Olympic barbells, GHDs, reverse hyper, bikes, rowers, sleds, yoke, kettlebells, dumbbells, slamballs, strongman sandbags, bands, climbing ropes, wrestling mat, blaze pods, and so much more!



  • $80 per month unlimited classes

  • $120 family (multiple kids) unlimited classes

  • $20 per hour of personal training
